Description
Managing a successful work/life balance can be challenging in today’s complex society with ever-changing conditions and expectations. We often can feel like we are “spinning our wheels” and may not feel like we are doing ll we can to take care of ourselves and connect with the people in our lives.
This can sometimes lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, and an overall sense of not feeling “good enough”. These feelings can lead to neglecting our own self-care and/or lead to unhealthy behaviors, like not getting enough sleep, self-isolation, or misusing substances.
We may lose our identity or engage in self-doubt, which affects our self-confidence. These are the times when we can benefit from an objective outside perspective. This is when therapy can be beneficial.
